The rooms were newly renovated with a soft bed and the jetted tub, as example and the breakfast was great. The location was good, close to Shops at Carousel Gardens. It was located in a downtown area very close to stores and almost all the attractions and restaurants and walking distance to local shops.

This is a brand-new fairly clean hotel providing extremely spacious rooms. The location is marvellous and awesome, 1 mile from Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies. Plus, this property is near to soñador Mexican restaurant and the tourist area and all the shops.

I had a great time at this hotel. The location was really convenient - it was right in the center of town and close to everything I wanted to do. I didn't even have to move my car after check-in because I could walk everywhere. The room was clean and comfortable, and it had a refrigerator and microwave, which I found really useful. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they even provided extra towels and a cover when I asked.
